Application User Guide – Employee

1. Accessing the Application

To access the https://reges.inspectiamuncii.ro platform, authentication can be done using two methods:

  • With ROeID – by using the email address and password associated with the ROeID account.

  • With email and password – if there is no previous association with ROeID.

⚠️ If the account was authorized through ROeID, the email and password combination used for the ROeID account cannot be used for direct authentication in Reges Online.
Authentication must be performed exclusively through the ROeID login flow.

If you wish to use the classic email and password authentication method, you must complete the registration process via the "Register" option available on the main page.


2. Main Page – Your Employers

After logging in, the application displays a list of employers registered in REGES for your personal identification number (CNP).
For each employer, the following details are shown:

  • Company name

  • CUI/CNP and address

  • Contact information

  • Action buttons:

    • Request Extract – to download an official document

    • Notify – to send a correction request to the employer (if active in the system)


3. Available Extract Types

From the right-side menu "Request Registry Extract," two types of documents can be generated:

a) Individual Registry Extract

This page allows you to fill in and submit a request to obtain an individual registry extract for an employee registered under a specific company.

Fields and Options:

  • Applicant:

    • Displays the name and CNP of the person submitting the request

    • Pre-filled and non-editable field

  • Request Type (dropdown):

    • Select: "Individual Registry Extract"

  • Company for which the request is made (dropdown):

    • List of companies the applicant has authorization for

  • CNP for which the extract is requested (inactive field):

    • Automatically filled with the applicant's CNP

  • Extract Format (dropdown):

    • Choose the output format:

      • PDF

      • XLSX

      • CSV

  • Electronically Sign (checkbox):

    • Enables the digital signature for the request

  • Hide Salary (optional checkbox):

    • If checked, salary data will be omitted from the extract

  • Self-declaration (mandatory checkbox):

    • Text: "I declare under my own responsibility that I am the individual identified by this CNP, under the penalty of law, in accordance with art. 326 of the Criminal Code regarding false declarations"

  • "Submit Request" Button:

    • Sends the request to the Reges Online system for processing

b) Centralized Registry Extract

This page allows you to submit a request for an extract from the centralized employee registry, based on national-level data.

Fields and Elements:

  • Applicant:

    • Full name and CNP of the requesting individual

    • Pre-filled and non-editable

  • Request Type (dropdown):

    • Select: "Centralized Registry Extract"

    • This provides consolidated information on work contracts registered in REVISAL for the selected period

  • Extract Period (dropdown):

    • Options:

      • 2006–2011

      • 2011–present

    • In accordance with HG500/2011 and HG905/2017

  • CNP for which the extract is requested (inactive field):

    • Automatically filled with the applicant's CNP

  • Extract Format (dropdown):

    • Select document format:

      • PDF

      • XLSX

      • CSV

  • Electronically Sign (checkbox):

    • Enables the digital signature for the request

  • Self-declaration (mandatory checkbox):

    • Same legal statement as above

  • "Submit Request" Button:

    • Sends the request to the Reges Online system for processing


4. Downloading and Printing Documents

All submitted requests are listed under the "Request and Notification Status" section, where you can:

  • Check the status of the request

  • Open the generated extract

  • Download or print the document

Extracts are officially issued by the Labor Inspectorate, include the institution’s letterhead, and can be used for both personal and institutional purposes.
The accuracy of the submitted data is the employer’s responsibility.


5. Profile Settings

From the "Employee Application" menu (top-right corner), you can access:

  • Profile Settings:

    • Update your email address

    • Update your phone number

    • Select notification type (PUSH or email)

    • Reset password

    • Delete account (irreversible action)


6. Notifications and Reports

If you identify incorrect information, you can use the "Notify" button to send a correction request to your employer.
Notifications are only available for employers who are active in the platform.


Recommendations

All extracts are electronically signed and can serve as proof of employment history.
