Decisions / Move / Change Management

The "Change Contract Management Decision" functionality allows the transfer of a contract already registered in the application between two entities of the same employer, within the same legal entity. This operation is used especially in the case of units without legal personality (e.g. branches, agencies, representative offices) and aims to update the contract management in the context of a decision to delegate or revoke the competence to manage the register.

Steps to complete the management change decision:


1. Select contract

  • The list of active contracts is displayed.

  • Select the targeted contract and press Înainte.


2. Decision details

Complete the following mandatory fields:

  • Decision number and Decision date

  • Start date - the date from which the management change becomes effective

  • CUI/CNP destination employer - the entity that takes over the contract management

  • (Optional) Destination employer name and Observation to the recipient

System observation: “The operation allows the change of management of contracts already added in the application, between two entities of the same employer, usually, on the occasion of taking / revoking the decision to delegate the competence to manage the register for one or more units of the employer without legal personality (such as branch, agency, representative office).”


3. Contract type

Complete:

  • Contract type - ex. Individual employment contract

  • Contract duration - ex. Undetermined

  • Type of norm - ex. Full norm 8/40

  • Distribution interval type:

    • Number of hours per day / week / month

  • Number of hours

  • Working time distribution:

    • If you choose Daily (uniform) → complete only the time interval: from hourto hour

    • If you choose Unequal / Flexible / Individualized → the Working time distribution details field must be completed

    • If you choose Shifts/Turns → select Turn type (ex. 12/24, 12/48, 12/72, Other)

⚠ You can check the type of hours worked: day, night or during the rest period.


4. Contract details

Enter the following:

  • Contract number, Start date, End date

  • Function/occupation - code and name COR

  • Education level

  • Workplace:

    • If it is Fixed → the county and locality are also completed

    • If it is Mobile → only the county is completed

  • Other details (optional)


5. Salary, bonuses, allowances and other additions

  • Enter the monthly gross salary.

  • (Optional) You can add additional salary elements by pressing the Add button.


6. Summary

  • Review all the information completed.

  • Check:

    • Working time distribution

    • Contract period

    • Exact location of work

    • Legal basis of the transfer

Review all the information completed, then press Transmite to complete the operation.


Did you submit a relocation decision by mistake?

If you have submitted a transfer, change of workplace or change of management decision in error, it can be cancelled.

How to cancel it:

  1. Access the menu Contracts → Relocation → Cancel

  2. Locate the targeted contract.

  3. Follow the selection and confirmation steps.

  4. Press Transmite to complete the cancellation process.


 After cancellation, the effect of the decision is completely cancelled and the contract returns to its previous state.
